Executive order demands quarantine after 15 minutes of potential contact

A new executive order issued by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer states that anyone who spends 15 minutes in close contact with a person exhibiting coronavirus symptoms is expected to self-quarantine for 14 days, or until the symptomatic person receives a negative COVID-19 test result.
