Dr. Bagwell is a professor of program management for the Defense Acquisition University in the Midwest region, an adjunct professor at local universities in the state of Michigan, and an executive coach.
He is also an experienced acquisition leader with almost 41years of experience in project management and engineering.
Dr. Bagwell has 30 years of leadership experience with small teams to large organizations and is a former member of the Army’s Senior Executive Service (SES).
His current focus is on developing the next generation of acquisition professionals and leaders through teaching, coaching, consulting, and mentoring, with a goal of positively impacting acquisition programs and outcomes.
