Two security alarm licenses lapsed in Oakland County during the fourth quarter of 2020, a 100-percent increase over the previous quarter, according to Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

LARA comprises several agencies, bureaus and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation.
