Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 12.
Due to the COVID Pandemic regrettably we have cancelled our 2020 Concerts in the Park Series. Our thanks to our sponsors who have unconditionally continued their sponsorship for 2021. Stay tuned!
Every day for the past two months we have been watching, listening and trying to determine our best course of action. At one point we even thought we could do a VIP concert for our sponsors and guests and live stream to the community through social media and media network.
However, with the slow onset of phasing now being implemented, we truly think groups of 100 or more are several weeks out. And we just can’t make a last-minute decision. It isn’t fair to anyone.
