The Environmental Sustainability Commission meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 111 E. Nine Mile Rd., Hazel Park, MI 48030. (248) 546-4064
The City of Hazel Park will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers, for the hearing impaired or audiotapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting to individuals with disabilities. All such requests should be attempted at least five days prior to said meeting. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aid services should contact the City Clerk's Office, 111 East Nine Mile Road, Hazel Park, Michigan, 48030 (248) 546-4064. Hearing impaired persons may call the TTY equipped Michigan Relay Center at 1-800-649-3777 to contact the City Clerk's Office.
For individuals wishing to address the public body without appearing in-person, public comments will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting via email at jfinkley@hazelpark.org, by fax to (248) 414-5945, or by letter mailed to the Hazel Park City Clerk’s Office, 111 E. Nine Mile Rd., Hazel Park, MI 48030.
