South Oakland Area Regional Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

The South Oakland Area Regional Chamber of Commerce in partenrship with Level One Bank of Ferndale, Blumz by JRDesigns, and the Ferndale Downtown Development Authority invite the public to attend a candlelight vigil supporting Ukraine. The vigil is intended to honor those fighting and those who have lost their live in Ukraine. This is an opportunity for the community to show their support for Ukraine as well as for the local community that has been traumatized by these recent events.
