COVID Face Mask Policy

City of Pleasant Ridge issued the following annoucement on Feb. 23.

Effective February 28, the City will adhere to an indoor mask policy at City buildings that is responsive to current COVID case levels in Oakland County available on the County website at: https://www.oakgov.com/covid/dashboard.html

The 7-day average of daily cases in Oakland County is below 200, so masks are not currently required indoors at City facilities. Anyone is free to continue to wear a mask if you prefer. 

  • When the 7-day average of COVID cases in Oakland County are below 200, masks are not required indoors at City facilities.
  • When the 7-day average of COVID cases in Oakland County is between 200 and 400, masks are recommended when indoors at City facilities.
  • When the 7-day moving average of COVID cases in Oakland County is above 400, masks are required when indoors at City facilities.
