City of Novi issued the following announcement on Oct. 4.
Work starts this week on the 12½ Mile Lakeshore Trail parking lot. The 10-space gravel lot is being constructed to address safety concerns for pedestrians and traffic.
We expect the lot to be open in about two weeks.
