Charter Town of Waterford issued the following announcement on April 10.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Waterford Township’s Water and Sewer department is maintaining its service and billing operations. For the safety of Waterford customers and staff processing payments, please see the following message from the Waterford Township Department of Public Works.
When paying your Water & Sewer bill, please utilize the envelope provided with the water-sewer bill in the U.S. Mail. Auto-Debit or On-Line payments are much preferred right now. Additionally, any payments dropped in the dropbox will be quarantined for (5) days before being posted to customer’s accounts.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we continue to find ways to maintain operations while protecting the safety, health and welfare of our community.
